Vvveb is a powerful and easy to use CMS with page builder to build websites, blogs or ecommerce stores. Prior to 1.0.8.5, app/controller/user/profile.php accepts the user[bio] field and passes stored content through sanitizeHTML() in system/functions.php, whose on* event-handler regular expression omits the forward-slash delimiter and whose do-while condition compares the string to itself, so forbidden nested tags are removed only once. An Author-role or higher user can submit solidus-prefixed event-handler markup or nested forbidden tags that survive sanitization. The stored bio is rendered without sufficient output encoding on /author/{username}, in the admin user-management view, and potentially in comment displays, causing attacker-controlled JavaScript to execute when unauthenticated

RabbitMQ amqp091-go is a Go AMQP 0.9.1 client. Prior to 1.13.0, URI.String in uri.go concatenates CertFile, KeyFile, CACertFile, and ServerName values directly into an AMQPS query string instead of encoding them as URL query parameters with url.Values. If an application accepts a TLS asset path containing ampersand or equals delimiters and later reparses the serialized URI with ParseURI, the embedded delimiters can create or overwrite connection options, including paths to TLS certificate, key, or CA files. This can corrupt connection configuration or select unintended local cryptographic assets. This issue is fixed in version 1.13.0.

An unauthenticated attacker whose malformed Host value reaches PHP can inject operating-system commands when exec() and curl are available and the 1-in-100 random gate is reached. The Domino serializer's fallbackRawContentTags traversal stopped at the DocumentFragment used by template.content, so matching closing tags in xmp, style, script, comments, or text nodes were not escaped. Separately, the account registration endpoint accepts `firstName`, `lastName`, and `nickname` fields and stores them without any HTML sanitization. Prior to @xmldom/xmldom versions 0.8.15 and 0.9.12, and in xmldom version 0.6.0 and earlier, Document.createEntityReference(name) accepts an invalid name and the ENTITY_REFERENCE_NODE serializer emits the resulting nodeName directly in &name; form. Directly serializing the node or fragment with XMLSerializer.serializeToString() and requireWellFormed: true can therefore break the entity-reference boundary and produce attacker-controlled XML markup when reparsed. The parser does not ordinarily create these nodes, and element-child insertion is rejected, so exploitation requires an application to create and directly serialize an EntityReference. fast-uri serializes the port component of a URI without validating it. When recomposing the authority, the userinfo and host components are escaped but the port is concatenated verbatim, so a port value that is not a sequence of digits can inject authority delimiters, demoting the intended host to userinfo and pointing the authority at an attacker-controlled host. Both fast-uri and Node's URL read the result back as the attacker's host with no error, so re-validating the built URI does not catch it. This affects applications that build URIs from parts and assign untrusted data to the port component through the serialize, normalize, or equal functions in their object forms. The issue affects fast-uri versions before 2.4.6, from 3.0.0 before 3.1.7, and from 4.0.0 before 4.1.4. It is fixed in

In Eclipse Ditto versions [1.3.0, 3.9.6], the ImplicitThingCreationMessageMapper of the connectivity service builds a CreateThing command by substituting placeholder values (e.g. {{ header:device_id }}) resolved from inbound message headers into a pre-configured JSON "thing" template as raw, un-escaped strings, and then parses the resulting string as JSON. Because the placeholder engine performs no JSON escaping and is unaware of the surrounding JSON string context, a resolved value containing a double-quote character can break out of its string and inject additional JSON structure. When a connection is configured to use this mapper with a template that reflects a header whose value a publishing device can control (for example an MQTT 5 user property, an AMQP 1.0 application property,

Improper Encoding or Escaping of Output vulnerability in ash-project ash_admin lets an attacker who controls a record's string primary key rewrite the target of AshAdmin's row-action links. The Table, DataTable, and Show components built row-action URLs by raw string interpolation, splicing the primary key (and table, domain, and resource names) into the query string without URL-encoding. Ash resources routinely use user-settable string primary keys (slugs, emails). Because Plug.Conn.Query resolves duplicate parameters last-wins and primary_key is interpolated last, a stored key such as foo&action_type=destroy injects parameters that override the link, so an admin clicking edit is sent to a destroy form or an arbitrary resource; a # truncates the query into a fragment. Prior to 1.4.1, org.mariadb:r2dbc-mariadb encodes and decodes all character data under the assumption that the connection character set is UTF-8. A server can announce a mid-session change to character_set_client through the OK-packet session-state-tracking mechanism, including through SET NAMES executed by a stored routine or trigger, server configuration, or a hostile or man-in-the-middle server. If the new character set is not UTF-8, the driver continues to exchange UTF-8 while the server interprets the same bytes under a different encoding, causing silent data corruption and a client/server charset-confusion mismatch that can defeat byte-wise quoting or escaping. PacketOutputStream.writeBufferEscape in lib/io/packet-output-stream.js escaped bytes without the charset-aware getMbRecognizer logic in lib/misc/charset-mb.js. The server SQL lexer runs my_ismbchar before escape processing, so an attacker-controlled lead byte can consume the inserted 0x5C backslash as a multibyte trail byte and leave the following 0x27 quote unescaped, terminating the string literal and allowing arbitrary SQL. Prior to 8.21.0, an unescaped backtick in an OpenAPI path is emitted into request URL template literals generated for axios, fetch, react-query, and SWR clients without safe encoding. This permits attacker-controlled JavaScript to be evaluated when a generated request, URL-builder, or query-key function is called, resulting in code execution in the developer, CI, test, or application environment. The affected code is packages/core/src/getters/route.ts and route generation consumers. This issue is fixed in version 8.21.0.

Forem is open source software for building communities. In versions before commit 92eacd16a82cf9007ba8e16a2258b42e3b53ca9c, a malicious value submitted through feedback_message[message] is stored without sanitization and rendered in app/views/admin/feedback_messages/_feedback_message.html.erb through raw(feedback_message.message) when offender_id is present. Viewing the abuse report executes arbitrary JavaScript in an administrator's browser and may expose sensitive in-page data, abuse CSRF tokens, or perform administrative actions in the victim's session. The public FeedbackMessagesController accepts the report without authorization and previously permitted a submitted offender_id, making the vulnerable rendering path reachable by an unauthenticated attacker. This issue is fixed in commit

Shescape before 2.1.15 (and 3.0.0 before 3.0.2) fails to properly escape tilde (~) characters in assignment contexts on Unix systems where the shell is explicitly configured to "sh" or true and /bin/sh points to BusyBox. Using the escape and escapeAll APIs with untrusted input in an assignment prefixed to a command, an attacker can inject a tilde payload to disclose the user's home directory location and, depending on usage, alter the location on which a command operates.

dua-cli fails to filter terminal escape sequences when printing marked file paths after exiting the TUI interface. Attackers can craft file names containing OSC/CSI escape sequences that are interpreted by the terminal emulator when printed, enabling title spoofing, clipboard manipulation, or other escape-sequence attacks.
