webhookd is a minimalist webhook server that triggers shell scripts and external processes through HTTP requests. Prior to 1.22.0, webhookd deployments without htpasswd authentication forwarded all incoming HTTP headers through HTTPParamsToShellVars in pkg/api/index.go into the hook script environment without an allowlist. When an upstream reverse proxy did not strip a client-supplied X-WebAuthn-User header and a hook script trusted that variable for identity or privilege, a remote unauthenticated attacker could spoof another user, bypass script security controls, and access or modify resources available to the impersonated identity. This issue is fixed in version 1.22.0.

This affected every instance of these addons placed inside an SP Page Builder module, irrespective of the CAPTCHA type configured for the site, and the view_type parameter was never validated against the context in which the form was actually rendered.

Traefik is an open source HTTP reverse proxy and load balancer. From 3.2.0 until 3.7.13, Traefik entrypoint defenses aliasHeadersStrategy, underscoreHeadersStrategy, and forwardedHeaders inspect req.Header but not req.Trailer, allowing an unauthenticated client to submit an aliasing or trusted header name in an HTTP/1.1 chunked trailer or an HTTP/2 trailer. When the retry or buffering middleware reads the body before the reverse proxy clones the request, the attacker-controlled trailer value reaches a backend that merges trailers into the header namespace, bypassing the documented delete or reject behavior and potentially spoofing identity or forwarded routing data. This issue is fixed in 3.7.13.

DeepSeek Harness before 0.1.2-alpha.1 contains an authentication bypass vulnerability that grants unauthenticated access to its local HTTP agent-control API by accepting a client-supplied loopback Host header in place of validating the actual TCP connection origin. On the default configuration, a confined tool-executed process can reach the loopback API without any port exposure and use it to escape its own OS sandbox, escalate to unconfined execution, and disable the approval prompt. The Grav Form plugin (getgrav/grav-plugin-form) versions 8.0.6 through 9.1.19 select the reCAPTCHA version to validate based solely on which response field key is present in the submitted payload. On a site configured for reCAPTCHA v3, an anonymous attacker can place their v3 token under the v2 field name (g-recaptcha-response instead of token), causing validation to use the v2 branch, which never applies the score threshold or verifies the expected action. This results in a complete bypass of reCAPTCHA v3 bot protection. The issue is fixed in version 9.1.20.

The cancel_by_admin and requestingUser values are read from user-controlled URL path segments and used without a server-side authorization check, so any authenticated, low-privileged user can supply a non-empty cancel_by_admin value to bypass the request-ownership check and cancel another user's pending checkout request. Because asset and user identifiers are sequential integers, an attacker can enumerate them to cancel every pending checkout request, disrupting the asset-request workflow. SillyTavern is a locally installed user interface that allows users to interact with text generation large language models, image generation engines, and text-to-speech voice models. Prior to 1.18.0, SillyTavern accepts Remote-User (Authelia) and X-Authentik-Username (Authentik) HTTP headers to automatically log in users when SSO is configured. There is no validation that these headers originate from a trusted reverse proxy.
